I’m Evgenii Reimer, a restaurateur with 15 years of experience. I’m a co-founder and CEO of the Milimon Family Association, a Russia-based restaurant group.

Everything started a long time ago with a tiny delivery service managed by my wife, her brother, and me. That 15-year trip wasn’t a slam dunk for me to make my dreams come true, but I’ve always been backed by my family’s support.

Now we operate 30 restaurants and cafes, and we keep evolving by inventing new concepts and scaling the existing ones. As a creator I’m afforded the luxury to not confine the borders of my imagination — the sky is the limit.

Our success is grounded in doing business the smart way, budget consc- iousness, and unlimited creative potential.

Bowl of cold tomato gazpacho with crab meat
Crab meat plunged into refreshing cold tomato soup with strawberry and pitahaya and spiced with a droplet of Tabasco.
Grand ravioli with crab meat
We do know what traditional ravioli looks like. But this is anything but regular ravioli — it’s a GRAND ravioli. That’s the Chef’s vision. Who is allowed to argue with the Chef? Therefore, just sit back and enjoy homemade pasta stuffed with crab meat and topped with fennel dressing and crusty deep-fried onion.

a thin crust and mouth-watering toppings. Handcrafted to order and topped with tuna filet, marinated mango, and aioli mayo dressed with smoked paprika, basil, and spinach. Served with spicy oil.
